P&R Consulting was established in 2021 by Duncan Peters. He is a chartered civil and structural engineer with over 28 years experience consulting in the construction and building industry. Previous work includes design of houses, retaining walls, factories and shops, with a special emphasis on forensic investigations and structural certifications.
